Feather Fascinator

It's a known fact that my wife loves tea. We have an entire shelf in the kitchen dedicated to tea. Bagged tea, loose tea, caffeinated and decaf, herbal, floral, on and on and on. So when she goes out with friends, it is not uncommon that she would be headed for a tea house. Recently, one of our close friends picked up a few fascinators for their outings. So, to spice up the funny little hat, my wife went through my feather collection and glued a few in for a little something extra. The feathers seen here are from a pheasant and gadwall. If your into this sort of thing, this would be a simple project for feathers that many people throw away or leave in the field.
