Parm Crusted Bass


Now here is a light flavored recipe for the white meat of large mouth bass or crappie. This is a Parmesan crusted bass baked in the oven complimented with fresh flavors from lemon and cilantro. This is nice to have when looking for something that doesn’t flavor punch you in the face or weigh you down after the meal.


Prep time: 10 Minutes    Cook time: 20 Minutes    Serving size: 4

- 2 Large Mouth Bass, Filleted

- 1-2T Mayonnaise

- 1/4C Parmesan cheese

- 1t Lawry's Seasoned Salt

- 2 Garlic cloves, minced (optional)

- Lemon juice

- Cilantro (garnish)


Preheat oven to 400F. Coat bass fillets lightly in mayonnaise and place into a lightly greased baking pan. sprinkle salt, garlic, and  Parmesan over each fillet. Bake for about 20 minutes when the fillets begin to fall apart. Remove from oven and plate. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillet and garnish with Cilantro. Enjoy!
