Pesto Sauce

Pesto Sauce:

- 2C Basil leaves

- 1/2C Pine nuts

- 1/4C Parmesan cheese

- 1/2C Extra virgin olive oil

- 4 Cloves garlic

- 1t Salt

- 2t Lemon juice

Combined all ingredients above in a blender and set to medium. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly blended but still holding some texture from the pine nuts. Use immediately or set in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
