Pico De Gallo Salsa


Simple to make and delicious flavor. Who says no to salsa?


- 4 Vine ripened tomatoes

- 1 Lime

- 1 Yellow onion

- 1 Serrano

- 1/2t Salt

- 1 Bunch cilantro


Half the tomatoes and remove seeds. Cut the bottom end of the cilantro bunch away leaving only the portion closest to the leaves. Dice tomatoes, cilantro, and onions and set into a sealable container. Finely dice the Serrano pepper and add to the container. Quarter the lime and squeeze juice over the mixture. sprinkle salt over and softly but thoroughly stir the ingredients until all combined. Allow it to sit for at least 10 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
